Through the contact and appointment-request forms we collect only:

• first and last name
• email address and/or phone number
• preferred language and preferred contact method
• area or service of interest
• preferred date and time of day (appointments only)
• the text of your message, if you write one

Please do not enter your tax code, document numbers, medical information or other special categories of data in the forms. The website does not allow documents to be uploaded.

We use the data solely to reply to your request and arrange a possible appointment. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

We do not use the data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

The data is processed by authorised MIRHA staff and by the providers that run the website on our behalf, appointed as data processors:

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Forms are protected by server-side validation, rate limiting and anti-spam measures. The content of requests is not recorded in technical logs.
