MIRHA
About MIRHA
A point of reference in Mestre for finding your way through procedures, offices and documents, with clarity and respect.
What we do
MIRHA Multiservizi was founded in Mestre to help individuals, families, students and small businesses face administrative procedures with less uncertainty. We listen to the situation, explain which procedure is needed, help prepare the documents and indicate the correct channel for filing it.
We work in three areas: MIRHA Assistenza, for tax, social-security and administrative procedures; MIRHA Student Services, for those who want to study in Italy; MIRHA Digital, for the websites of professionals and small businesses.
We are neither a CAF nor a patronato. When a procedure is reserved to authorised bodies or requires a professional, we say so straight away.
Our approach
Four commitments to those who come to us
Transparency
We say clearly what we do directly, what goes through an authorised body and when a professional is needed.
Verifiable information
Every explanation points to the official source. We do not publish deadlines or amounts we cannot guarantee are current.
Plain language
Bureaucracy speaks a difficult language. Our job is to translate it, without making anyone feel inadequate.
Welcome
We assist in Italian and English, with attention to the needs of the area's international communities.
